THE WORK IN DETAIL
Oversite works prepare the area within a building’s footprint for its specified floor construction and the layers that sit beneath it.
Depending on the design, the package can include prepared and compacted fill, blinding, membranes and concrete works. Each layer has a role, so levels and the sequence of installation need to be checked before the next stage covers them.
We coordinate the floor preparation with foundations, drainage and service penetrations. The work is carried out to the floor specification, with inspection stages agreed as part of the programme, before the building progresses to subsequent trades.
