THE WORK IN DETAIL

Foundation work provides the support beneath a building, with the type and dimensions determined by the design and ground conditions.

We undertake the practical stages from setting out and excavation through to the specified foundation works. Strip and trench-fill foundations form part of this scope, coordinated with drainage routes and the substructure above.

The work follows the relevant drawings, agreed levels and inspection stages. Any unexpected ground conditions need to be raised with the project team before the next stage proceeds. This approach keeps decisions connected to the actual conditions encountered on site.
